Bradyn believes that being a Bepko Scholar means "you are not only academically gifted, but you are actively seeking possibilities to cause change in your community." Bradyn chose to study energy engineering because he is passionate about issues with climate change and green energy. In high school, one of his most meaningful accomplishments was serving at Gleaners Food Bank. At the food bank, his team was in charge of moving food into the back of people's cars. This was a life changing experience for Bradyn, and he got to see his work truly impact his community.
