Andrew is passionate about his education, and he has found ways to incorporate his love for academics into his equal passion for serving others. As valedictorian and a National Merit Finalist, it is clear he is academically talented, which naturally translated to his volunteer role as the Peer Tutoring Coordinator for his National Honors Society chapter. He not only organized and managed their tutoring program, but he also tutored weekly. His goal is to hold himself to the same high standards of past Bepko Scholars, and be an example of how to fuse academic excellence and community service. He recognizes the potential to connect career and community at IUPUI, and intends to continue tutoring and volunteering at Good Samaritan Network throughout college.
